Hieronder vind je een omschrijving van het volledig Engelstalige evenement:
“404 error : territory not found. How to ‘reset’ a European territory. The Lille European Metropolis and near-by Dutch cities” is the central topic of the first Hackathon organized by the Lille European Metropolis (MEL) and the Dutch-French Network (RFN) on May 10, 11 and 12, 2017 in Lille. The hackathon is a competitive case study in which ambitious young BA, MA and Ph.D. students and young professionals in the Lille Metropolitan area and near-by Dutch city-regions tackle different challenges related to their territory: i.e. improving collaboration, interconnectivity, student mobility and tourism by means of new technologies.
In this two-day hackathon, participants compete in teams to devise a territorial ‘reset’ strategy: a new European cooperation strategy for the Lille Metropolitan area and near-by Dutch cities and metropolitan areas. Applicants from all domains of study are welcome and encouraged.
This short event offers ample networking opportunities, students and young professionals between 18 and 30 years old can apply for this event which is open to all disciplines.
